Possible damage of Nanoparticles of cadmium selenide

Headaches at the top of my neck

I have had several lower back surgery's including fusion's of the L-4 L-5 S-1. I have also narrowing of the t-11 down too the L-5. Now I have had these headaches at the base of my skull top of my neck now for 2 months. I am wondering if there possibly could be any connection?
