black vision and body shaking

When I would walk my vision sometimes would go black. I always thought that it was because I was standing up too fast. Hi, I have been having these symptoms for the last week or two now. It started with a cold/sinus infection about two weeks ago . I had some antibiotics so i took about 7 days worth and my sinus infection seemed to go away... no more green/yellow mucus or sinus headache. I still had light headedness...

For a few weeks now I've had an almost constant headache, a loss of appetite (which is especially unusual for me), nausea, weakness, and have been lightheaded and dizzy whenever I do any sort of physical exertion beyond walking across the room. hands and arms falling asleep
