lack of balance

Hi. Lately, I have been having this horrible headaches and they stay at bay if I am not very active. If I go for a walk or go out it becomes an earthquake headache. I am loosing balance and I am running into things in my apartment. Do you have any idea what this could be? Should I go to the doctor?
