I need some help me son's doctor said to feed him more fruits but its not working. My son is 8 months old and is having really hard poops. I've tried juice, and apple and prunes. Its so bad that when you poops he cries..I don't know what to do anymore, I think there somethign wrong with his bowels...

Is there some genetic treatment for dealing with amaurosis congenital of Leber?

Someone in my family recently had a baby with Leber's congenital amaurosis. I have no children of my own yet but would like to in the future, and of course I really want to prevent my baby from having Leber's congenital amaurosis as well. Is there any genetic treatment for this?
