Tooth pulled, won't clot

I just had a back molar pulled today, about 7 hours ago and it's still bleeding. The dentist said it should clot in an hour or two. I put pressure on it with gauze, but it still bleeds. Anyone know if this is ok or not? Or what I should do? Thanks.
