how long does swelling last after apicoectomy?

I had an apicoectomy done 7 days ago. I can feel pain in the first 3-4 days and the swelling getting better starting from the 4th day. But I can still sell that there is a little bit swelling on the right cheek near the tooth. Is this normal? I am afraid that this kind of swelling will not go away...

Is there a certain reason owhy I am missing these teeth, or does this just happen?

I'm not sure what the teeth are called, but I am missing on both sides the teeth that are supposed to be between your two front teeth and canines on the top of your mouth of course. Is there a certain reason owhy I am missing these teeth, or does this just happen?

post nasal drip

I have chronic bad breath which I believe to come from post nasal drip. It causes a thick yellow layer of mucus on my tongue. I have to brush in the morining, night and through out the day. Which really does no good. Is it any advice or medication someone can recommend me.
