Can't open my mouth, I had an emergency operation to have some teeth removed

I had a access in my mouth nearly 3 weeks ago which led to an emergency operation to have some teeth removed & the access drained. Since this I have developed a Quincey which has now cleared but now I can not open my mouth more than a finger wide. Please help.

My tongue has gone white after piercing and there is a yellow puss coming out, possible infection?

I got my tounge pierced about 1 week today and my full tounge has gone white and there is yellow puss coming out of it about 2-3 times a day. Is this signs of infection or is it normal???
