Back left side of my tongue hurts

The back left side of my tongue is sore. I don't see any sores or bumps of any kind. Has been like this for about a week and a half. I tried feeling around with my finger and I found thesore with black dot in middle sore spot. I pushed a little on it and could definitely feel the sensitive area....

I have a bad taste in my mouth? when I put gauze over the wisdom tooth hole the gauze has brown?

Tongue piercing, my lower jaw under the bottom bar it aches

I had mine done 4 days ago, yes it is still numb but my biggest worry is my lower jaw under the bottom bar it aches, was wondering if it's because I'm straining too much to talk normally or if infection is setting in. Anyone else have this issue???
