Tetanus Booster Reaction (Normal or Not), my upper arm is swollen, red, itchy and hot to the touch

I received a tetanus booster and now 4 days later my upper arm is swollen, red, hot to the touch, and very itchy. Are these reactions that need to be reported or a normal response to the booster? Does any one have any experience with this for me?
