I have had a palatal tori for many years but just recently I noticed that it has decreased in size. I have also had soreness on the roof of my mouth.  I am 69 years old and not sure whether to see a doctor about this or not.  Anyone else have this problem?

What are your views on the drug xyrem for narcolepsy? If I am right, this drug is decreasing in popularity now, and other drugs are used for narcolepsy. Since xyrem is basically no more than GHB, does xyrem have any side effects that arte dangerous? Is xyrem addictive, for instance?
