My son has had shortness of breath for a few days now. We have had a local wild fire lately

Hi! My son has had shortness of breath for a few days now. We have had a local wild fire and thought it was due to smokey air. Last night noticed his sternum protruding and right side enlarged... Air is clear now and still gasping for air. What could be causing this?

I keep yawning when I sing. Whats wrong?
