When I study I am starting to suffocate

Hello .. I have problem I guess, when I study for not a long time just about 30 minutes or less from when I began studying I start suffocating :/ I just can't breath I have to leave my house to breathe some fresh air. So is that normal ? And i'm sorry for my English .

It feels like something is getting caught on my ribs when I sneeze

It feels like something is getting caught on my ribs when I sneeze. it gets caught and then slips. it is quite uncomfortable. This also happens sometimes when I lean in that direction or if I yell loudly. Any idea as to what's causing this?
