gurgle sounds

Have gurgle sound in chest and increases at night. Medical doctors gave albutoral and said possibly a pirating to lungs. Went to chinese doctor very experienced and said it was yin deficiency of lungs. Gave herb. All clesr. P's 94 yr old male.
