Hi Lemars,
Normal lung tissue is clear and shows up as a dark area on an x-ray. In your case something (suspicious opacities) is showing up as a light area. That means something is blocking the x-rays from hitting the film.
You need further testing.
It could be an infection, possibly PTB, fluid buildup, etc.
Your doctor should be able to give you more information.
