the back of my penis is sort of swollen most of the time. the other half is soft and thin(the front towards the head) and its not thin, its fat....when i pee it feels like its tight and it hurts a bit, no burning but it hurts when i pee. like its squirting out instead of pouring out. whats going on?...

My penis head/glan tends to be soft during full erection. Is it a sign of some type of dsyfunction? It leads to skin iritation and burn from the friction during foreplay.

Pain During Ejaculation

I am a 32 y.o. male that had a vasectomy almost 10months ago. Everything has been fine until the last month or so. I have been experincing pain during ejaculation in the right testicle, sometimes both. I am healthly and have no other problems(no fever, burning, chills, etc.)
