Hello,i am 29 yrs old,from the last 6 weeks ago i noticed red spots on the head of my penis,they dont hurt or iritate me.at the moment i am using a cream name CANESTEN.but before i had a red rash too on my head but they cleared,now only the red spots remains.can you pls give me some advise or another type of cream or pills so i can solve my problem.THANKS
