Red bumps near penis area after shaving

I shaved last week and i got red bumps around my penis area (where i shave my pubes at) and it was itching like mad crazy last week but now its normal. Anybody know how to get rid of these bumps? Some of them now are a little white so i think they may be pimples.

Non-STD flaky skin and red dots.

I got tested for a whole variety of STD's. All clear. But for some time now I've had recurring red patches on my foreskin, accompanied by dry skin. The red patches seem to have miniscule red dots on the rash. Applied canestan, didn't work, also got tested for thrush - and came back negative....
