Post surgery lump on penis

I had a small cyst on my penis and got it removed surgically by a urologist. Its been almost 5 weeks since surgery and where the doctor made this incision there is a hard lump. I assume it is scar tissue, but i am wondering if it will get smaller and eventually go away or what i should do.
