penis gland bump

I think my boyfriend has angiokeratomas of Fordyce but he doesn’t want to go to a doctor. He says it is not dangerous, and that these angiokeratomas should be left alone. But I can’t stand to look at them, it looks like cancer to me. Please, tell me if there is a way to lose these awful looking...

Whats wrong with my penis?

whenever i get an erection ,the skin on my penis opens up on head and i can actually see inside of my penis hole, therefor when having sex the skin is pulled back so much it feels as if it is being peeled off..the skin on my head is not connected when erected..can anyone tell me why it is like this?
