burned penis, what shall i do?

hiya, i went to my girlfriends house last night and when she was giving me a hand job, she went a bit too rough without lubrication. Now my head has been left friction burned with two small blisters. What can i use to help soothe the burning and increase the rate of healing? cheers joe.

got this weird hole on shaft of my penis.

I have never had sex so I dont think it is a std . The hole is as big as this period. When I squeeze it I can feel what feels like swelling under the skin. It dosent hurt but it dose let out this white stuff .idk what it is I think it may be a infection.
