Weird Bumps in pelvis

Sometimes I get these bumps in my pelvis area that I pop. I'm a virgin so I know it's not an STD OR STI. I do shave usually once a month I'm thinking its because sometimes when I shave I shave up to get more hair off. I read that could be the cause of these bumps but I'm not sure. %-)
