I think this is typical Chlamydia infection although your hair problems are probably not connected to it. Considering your hair problems, you need to see your GP to see if there is an underlying condition like thyroid disease or something.

As for the bad smell from your vagina, I suppose it is from the infection with Chlamydia and the douching you did was a very bad idea, a woman is not supposed to do any douching as it only disturbs the vaginal flora.

Chlamydia should be easily treated but if your infection persists, this may mean that you haven’t been using the medications according to the manual, that you had sex during your treatment, that your partner also has Chlamydia and hasn’t been treated. if you are treated and your partner isn’t, then you are most likely to transmit the bacterium back and forth to each other and won’t be able to get rid of it. Don’t practice sex during your treatment and have you partner tested too. I hope everything works out just fine.

If you are still suspecting that you contracted aids, then you should have an hiv test. It is impossible to tell if someone has aids just by hearing or experiencing some symptoms. Blood tests need to be done to check for hiv antibodies!
