Sore like a pimple now 2-3 days later went dark redish purple and about 3"

I have had a sore spot just above the penis a like pimple starting up than now it has gone into a dark sore / red blood purple spot like you hit your finger with a hammer but sore like a pimple about 3" round now kindda like when you hit  your finger with a hammer?????

It stings when I touch it?

I'm 15, and uncut. I've never really retracted my foreskin until a few minutes ago. Everything seemed normal until I touched the head of my shaft. It stung so horribly that I never wanted to touch it again. What am I gonna do when it comes to having sex? Is it too dirty? What should I do?
