Sore like a pimple now 2-3 days later went dark redish purple and about 3"

I have had a sore spot just above the penis a like pimple starting up than now it has gone into a dark sore / red blood purple spot like you hit your finger with a hammer but sore like a pimple about 3" round now kindda like when you hit  your finger with a hammer?????
