Small Painless hard lump on stump of penis.

This lump appeared on the 'Stump' of my penis a few months ago, i thought is was nothing. A normal lump! It has got slightly bigger and is rather hard, it does not move when i touch it and it has no colour to it. I am really scared as to what it might be, any suggestions?

itchy penis for almost a year

Well My penis iches for around two weeks then it stops for another 2 weeks this has been going on for almost a year. Theres a little red dots too on the head ( there not poping out it seems like there inside the skin. I think its from I time I had Unprotected anal sex.
