Ive been having a problem since I can remember. Im almost 17, and im beginning to think I have a problem. I am Circumsized but the glans on my penis arent sticking up as it should. Its a complete flat surface.

Thats not the only problem...

Ive noticed that I have two holes on where my glans end. Every now and then white stuff begins to build up in it and it stinks. And a bunch of skin packed tightly underneath where the holes are and the same white stuff builds in it too.

Can anyone help me on this problem and tell me whether or not I should go to a doctor... Ive had this since a kid and havent had any pain down there...
