I noticed some white bumps on the rim of the head of the penis, i went to my dr she gave me some cream for it, but its not working there still there. It seems to me she its lacking knowledge abot the topic. What kind of Dr should i seek for these kinds of problems.

negative on all stds! but still itch and red spots!

i have been tested negative for all stds.and dr. said i dont have herpes!! Wheww..but my penis still itches and it wakes me up at night!! i put cortisone on it but it still itches bad at night.then it leaks fluids do you think i have infection
