Confused scared, and worried

Heres the thing guys. I am 19. I went to the doctor even. My penis, is very small. It ussually stays at 1inch long or less. This is very emberassing for me. When its eracted, but very rare, its goes to about 3inches or 4inches, which is still small. I am very ashmad about this. Thanks
