Small red bump

I have not been sexually active lately and just within the last day or two have developed a small bump. I have never really bothered to shave but did today just to get a better look at the bump. It is a pale red, very small and contains a hair rights in the middle. Any help would be excellent!

Itchy Penis- Help

Hi, Im 16 years old and for quite a while my penis wont stop itching. It wont stop and recently a few spots have come near the pubic hair. I dont know what the problem is. My GP gave me a medicine it helped the problem but did not cure it. What should I do?
