I notice that at times my epididymis is swelled up and hard. This happens from time to time. It happens daily first thing in the morning and always happens after ejaculating. Iv'e seen a urologist who put me on medication for epididymitis, but nothing. It doesn't appear to be an infection....

Penis Closes and it takes a second for me to pass out my urine!

I have had a mild problem since two days. The end of my penis closes (sticks) and it takes a second for me to pass out my urine. The force of the urine causes it to open but it feels uncomfortable (if not painful). There are small white dots at the end of the opening! What do I do?
