when my foreskin is covering my whole penis, the tip of it is red and sometimes it stings when i urinate. Also, when i peel back my foreskin, the hole in which urine comes from is also slightly red. will this affect my chances of being able to ejaculate? replies would be much appreciated.

Hi there, Im 18 years old and i have an uncut penis. i have a relatively tight foreskin especially when my penis is erect. when its not erect i can pull my foreskin back almost over my glans but then afterwards my penis feels very uncomfortable....almost hurts at times. It just gets more painful...
