Light blood from inside of my penis when I urinate.

For the past few weeks now after i urinate, I begin dripping a very light shade of red. I'm pretty sure it is blood, and coming from inside of my penis. I'm thinking it is a urinary tract infection? So weird. And very concerned. Would appreciate any help on this topic. THANKS!!!
