Penis scar from shaving, but on one side it looks like I had warts the whole time

A few years ago i cut my penis shaving. Not deep but it was a couple inches long. The scar got thick like a keliod. I noticed pieces are missing now and it looks like a regular flat scar. But the little piece that remains makes me fear i had warts this whole time. Surly im not the only one?
