Hello I am 15 years old and have some grayish and some yellowish lumps on my scrotum area. When I feel it (attempt to squeeze) its very hard and almost impossible to squeeze but with 2 of them I got different results. One of ther gushed with grayish stringlike puss and the other had yellowish puss. I did some research and came with 2 names either fordyce spots or sebaceous cyst. It's does not hurt more of an aesthetics related problem and I'm really looking for a cure.
