One blood drop after peeing

Today after I urinated I notice one drop of blood and a couple of days ago it happened, same only one drop of blood. It feels a little weird at the tip of my penis to but that is barely noticable. If anybody can help me, I would be so gratefu. Thank You.

What can this be, just some funny doted lighter spot coloration. That appear as if you just used a white powder and patches of the the powder are left on your penis. What fungus can this be and how do trea it. I have used 200mg of Nixoral and it seem to reduce but not dissapear. Kindly advise....
