Hello! ive been looking all over the internet about two things, sebacious promeices and circumcision, i have white spots all over my shaft and ive tried to look for a treatment and ive been looking everywhere, so ive just been washing my penis and rubbing acne stuff on it and its working o.k.

also im uncircumsized and i can retract my penis really well, but i just want it to go back all the way, so is it possible to keep my foreskin but remove the part that gets tight that holds it between, cause im afraid of pain during sex or oral sex

please help!
