Fordyce Spots and PPP, can any cream help me solve this?

Wagwan boys, am 16 and have developed both fordyce spots and ppp, I am still a virgin, literally have no money to do anything about this. I have seen creams on amazon, do these actually work though? Any constructive responses are appreciated
