I urinate and it burns and afterwards, I have a drop or two of bloody urine. I would think an std. But I have just been tested and all clear. So I am at a loss and pretty worried.

I have herpes for apprx 6 years. Recently at a 4 week interval, a single itchy pimple will appear near the base of my penis shaft, immediately bursed and causing a slight pain. Heals in apprx 2 weeks. Is this herpes recurrence?
