Hi, Im 16yrs and i am circumsiced since birth and my penis when not erect it goes in like a rubberband pulling it in and only the head of the penis stays out and when its erect its 5in and only sometimes when not erect the penis is like 2in can any one tell me if this is normal for circumsiced penis or someting is wrong can i do someting so it wont go in can anyone help me please thanks!
