When I'm doing sex, right before the ejaculation my penis get overly sensitive and then I simply cannot ejaculate properly, because it is too sensitive. I have read something about penis too sensitive AFTER the ejaculation, but my problem seems to be a little bit different. Any help?

just did the alcohol sterilized needle trick, the bump flattened dramatically

just did the alcohol sterilized needle trick...honestly wasn't as painful as you'd think...it bled and puss squeezed out...the bump flattened dramatically...cleaned er' up with some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball...be back to normal in no time...thanks for the advise y'all
