White stuff comes out of my genitals

Hello. when I go to the toilet and have a poo white stuff comes out of the end of my penis. I keep my foreskn retracted all of the time. I am 32 and have been cleared of any STDs and have had 2 children without any problem. Does anyone know why this is and how to stop it? thanks
