Hey, I'm a circumcised male and I've got a small pimple like lump on my penis. It's on that bit of skin that's below the head, but above most of the shaft. (no idea what it's called) It sort of looks like it could be popped like a pimple, but I haven't tried in case it's a gland or something haha...
