I do no think I am ejaculating right

I am 14 and after I masturbate nothing comes out immediately, sometimes I feel something coming and I try to push it out and when it comes out it sometimes is clear and sticky but sometimes is like pee. I am confused and scared that something is wrong

Have i really needed to be circumcised? They did it because of a tight foreskin

I was circumcised at age 5 in 03 due to a tight foreskin. This seems odd as i have read that this is a last resort and i don't think any other methods were used first. It wasn't painful unless i pulled it back and was done under the NHS in the UK. Did i really need to be circumcised?
