Hi, I'm 16 years old and I'm starting to worry alot. I have this bump on the base of my penis, near the shaft I guess. When it first happened, it burned. But it hasn't hurt or done anything since then. I'm worried if it's an infection, ingrown hair, or an STD but it's not an STD because I haven't had sex at all yet so I highly doubt it's that. But I'm really worried, Ive had it for a while now and it's worrying me that it hasn't disappeared yet. Can someone help?
