I first noticed it while using a supplement with Arginine in it, so it made since. I no longer take the Arginine, but the vessel is bigger than ever, spanning about an inch, and elevated about a quarter of an inch when erect. When flaccid it looks like the foreskin is swollen about a quarter inch.
