Ok well i just pulled my foreskin back yesterday and the foreskin is under the head of my penis and it wont go back up i think it may be swelling but im just curious how long it will take for the skin to unswell and go back up

Im 15, 6 ft, my voice has deepened recently, i have full amounts of pubic and underarm hair and i have seen no penis growth (1.5-2 in flaccid,4.5-5 erect) , i want to know if there is anything i can do, when and if my penis will grow, and if it is a hormonal problem.

Painful urination the day after masturbation

Recently, on the days after I would masturbate, when I urinated, the pee would spurt out fast, thus hurting my penis after I pee to the point where I couldn't move. The pain lasted about 30-40 minutes after urination and it's happend a few times to me. How can I prevent this?
