Has my penis size come to a plateau, or can I still become longer/thicker?

So when I turned 13, my penis was at around 5.0" even. But after a year, my length hasn't grown a bit, but my girth has grown a half inch. That's it. Am I plateauing, or is there any chance I can still grow longer and/or thicker? (I am right where I should be in terms of puberty/body growth)
