So when I turned 13, my penis was at around 5.0" even. But after a year, my length hasn't grown a bit, but my girth has grown a half inch. That's it. Am I plateauing, or is there any chance I can still grow longer and/or thicker? (I am right where I should be in terms of puberty/body growth)

Hello I'm 14 years old and I'd like to know if my penis will continue growing? Erect, it's 8.5'' long and about 4.25'' in girth (you can choose to believe or not, but I know to measure from the top and I gain nothing from lying). Also it looks pretty thin; will it get thicker? My testicles seem to be small compared to it; they shouldn't be more than 12ml. I probably started puberty around 10.5 to 11, and I have armpit, pubic, and facial hair that looks like a scraggly beard (no goatee). My voice is deeper.
And if penis size is determined by genetics, why is mine so much bigger than my dad's? I saw it accidentally when I walked into the bathroom. I didn't realize he took a bath and was drying himself and had an erection.
