Friction burn treatment

I think I have a friction/rub burn on the underside of my penis. Any creams that can heal it and fade the redness? I have been using Cocoa Butter and Sudocrem, will these work? (I am thinking that Cocoa butter will as its used to fade the appearance and colour of stretch marks)
