Hey i have a big reddish pimple on the side of my leg near my penis i don't know what to do im shy to show my parents and it hurts i put baby cream on it every day. when i walk it hurts and when i try to squeeze it it hurts more its like a pimple inside the skin its very hard when i master bait it doesnt hurt or anything and the rest of my penis and legs area is clean.
